| Posistion the tape so that it's edge follows the hairline all around the head and nape of the neck | Take this measurement from the centre of the forehead hairline to the nape of the neck | You will need to measure from the hairline at the bottom of the sideburn around your hairline to the same place on the other ear |
 Ear to ear over the top of head |
 Temple to temple across head |
 Nape of the neck |
| A simple measurement taken from above the ear straight across the head to the same place on the other ear | Take the measurement from your temple to your other temple across the back of the head | The nape of neck is a small measurement to take, but just take the hairline across the bottom of your nape |
