At Stylish Lace Wigs, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your lace wig for any reason, you may contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
To receive a refund the wig must be returned in its new condition with the lace uncut and undamaged.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that have been worn or if the lace on the wig is damaged.
If an item we receive for return has been worn or the lace damaged the item will be deemed unacceptable for return. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of product(s) and have a RMA number assigned. Returned products must be received within 7 business day after an RMA number has been issued.
Postage on all products will not be refunded.
Obtaining a Refund
To request an RMA number you must e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive your RMA number via e-mail including return shipping address.
Please note that your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box to ensure you receive the correct refund. Inside your package please include a copy of your invoice along with your product(s).
If you choose to change your mind on the purchase of an item and the item has not yet been dispatched, we will be happy to honour a cancellation, please contact us immediately to receive a refund.
• Products in the bargain basement and custom orders are not eligible for return.
